Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Process: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account settings on our platform or by contacting our customer support team at info@cpd.net.in

Cancellation Effective Date: Subscriptions will be considered canceled immediately upon the customer’s request. Customers will continue to have access to the service until the end of their current billing cycle.

Refund Policy:

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances:
Annual Subscription: If a customer cancels an annual subscription within the first 30 days of purchase and has not utilized the service extensively, they may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the subscription.
Monthly Subscription: Customers on monthly subscription plans are not eligible for refunds. However, they can cancel their subscription at any time, and no further charges will be incurred.
Refund Process: To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at info@cpd.net.in and provide a reason for the refund request. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances:

In the event of a service outage or significant disruption to the functionality of our platform, customers may be eligible for service credits or other remedies, as outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
